If you were a pigeon or pedestrian on a certain early morning in Paris in 1976, you may have seen your life flash before your eyes thanks to French filmmaker Claude Lelouch.Mr. Lelouch shot a short film using a camera mounted to his car while racing through the streets of Paris. This film is called C'était un rendez-vous. Translation: "It Was a Date."
If you have a need for speed, or you simply like the thrill that comes from holding your breath for eight and a half minutes, this film is for you. I recommend watching it, if nothing else than to see how it ends. If you Google the film on your own, be forewarned - Wikipedia will spoil the ending for you if you read the synopsis before watching it.
